My guess is Armin - Blue Fear. Used on Northern Exposure 2 and one of the few xtravaganza tunes he would play.

I actually liked 009 better than 013. Better set structure. That being said, by the time I got 013 I had heard the tunes on it many times already, which detracted a bit from the overall listening experience.
