Nic was great! Probably the best music I've heard mixed in a long time. He choose some amazing tracks. I believe he dropped Sasha - Xpander too, at least some remix, or maybe it was some track off of Involver. I'm not 100% sure. Definitely stole the show as far as I am concerned. Does he have any albums or compilations out? A buddy text me prior to the show and said Radio 1 announced another appearence in Chicago sometime in May. Can anyone else confirm this or was there a miscommunication?

Howells was great too. He definitely dropped some great tracks with some sick base lines. I haven't been able to pick up his new GU CD yet.

Special thanks to D&GGirl and ctprincess for allowing my buddy and I to hang out with you in the VIP section. Thank you!

yes, nic was fucking amazing - definitely should headline a show here in chicago. *loved* the white tennis shoes he was wearing for some really strange reason....anyway...howells also spun a stellar set.

the vip area was nice, but i felt like i was in glass fishbowl the entire night.

also - mili spun some nice tracks in the round room - got to finally catch him spin - thanks mili!

kinda miffed i didn't get to catch as much of Nic's set as i wanted to. from what i heard, though, im really looking forward to catch his headline set next month. Danny was amazing. glad to know he'll be back at least two more times this year. really liked the vibe the crowd gave. was able to feed off it all night. lots of room to move on the sides too. thx to CTP for hooking it up to the VIP.

What is with Soundbar not accepting SoundCards anymore? The girl at the door told us that they weren't accepting them. And, I ran into a friend who had to pay to get in, because he didn't RSVP via website with his SoundCard, thinking that with his SoundCard he could get in free before 11pm. I wonder why they are discontinuing them.
