Psy evolved into trance some time in the mid 80's but psy culture was all about spreading peace love and good vibes whereever it was
it started with ppl just mixing psychedelic rock music on tape decks during the 70's but the 4/4 addition was influenced by the music that was being made in germany at that time

anyway who cares psy trance rules
