i had my first cig when i was 14 and by the time i was 15, i was smoking on regular basis...i use to be a social smoker when i go to clubs and all but it turned into an addiction after so many nights clubbing..... im 19 and i smoke bout half a pack a day...i could easily go through a pack and a half when going clubbing or drinking.. its sad b/c more than the physical addiction, the the mental addiction is overwhelming.. i dont really need the nicotine much.. i get jittery at times but nothing worse...just crack my nuckles and tapping my fingers on the desk..
w/ me its more bout having somthing in my mouth and hand..so, especially after meals, i feel the urge to smoke.. which i usually end up giving into..
i hope to quit smoking sometime in the near future but its esp hard b/c majority of the ppl that i socialize w/ smoke.. and most of the non smokers usually dont mind too much bout the smoke b/c living in this city.... u can hardly get away from smoke
my father just quit smoking and has been clean for 2months now after so many years of smokeing.. he was able to do it w/ those gums that have particles of nicotine in them. id try it but, perosonally, its not the nicotine that im addicted to
so i fear that ill actually get addicted to the nicotine in those gums and get dependent on them.. :/
im a faithful Marlboro Lights smoker... and if not i smoke Mild Seven Lights.... and i also smoke weed/hashish OCCASINALLY
,and WHAAAA i love, but thats a different story 'ROFFL'

Siggies. Gotta hate them. I started when I was 13 and before I knew it I was smoking 15-20 a day. Now I'm 17 and I've managed to quit in a way. I still smoke at parties and such, but not at school or in normal weekdays. In addition I discovered I have astma, so smoking probable isn't my best move.
And weed, haven't tried it yet. Alchohol is enough for me so far..
