You could always pop a pill.... MDMA makes it nearly impossible to feal anxiety or fear (that's why it used to be used in psychotherapy for terminal patients... it let them discuss their fear of death without experiencing the fear itself).
Dude! I feel EXACTLY the same way as you. I know almost everyone, know the topic, and I still feel so nervous! It sucks doesn't it!
Almost everyone feels a little anxiety. The key is minimize that aniety. The more you can convince yourself that you know what you're talking about and that you won't mess up the less anxious you'll be. Also, the more you do it and realize that nothing bad will happen the easier it gets.
I actually used to practice talking my way out of screw ups in my presentation...

Besides from that I am normal (trust me ) lots of friends and its not like im only staying at TA and have computer friends.. heheAre there any "cure" for this? well, you know what I mean ![]() Edit:for topic Meant to write puss Y, but only got *** |

Take amphetamines to fix this problem. Injet 3 times daily.

And on a serious note, being scared to talk in front of people is actually normal, if you define a normal action as an action that a majority (>50%) of people partake in....or don't partake in. Speaking in front of groups is rated higher than death or heights on a random-sample list of fears.
Easiest way to get rid of it is through practice, start with small groups (or just one person, or maybe just yourself and a mirror), and work your way up.

I too was scared of public speaking/performances, I decide that the only way to get over this fear was to confront it. So while I was in schoolI employed the implosion method of conquering my fears and I signed myself up for a student reading. I wrote a piece and I performed it in front of 200 people. I was scared witless but once I was on stage I realized that with the stage light on I really coudln't see the peoples faces that well and I just settled in and performed it. It wasn't flawless but it did help my conquer my fear of public speaking.
