Snow can be fun to be around, especially when you're inside and it's outside. And MoralHazard hit the nail on the head - when it's bright and sunny and only reasonably cold out, snow is very neat! Unless it's just a few degress too warm and it starts to turn into slush all over and around you.

Essentially though, I hate snow - so I moved to Florida where I never have to scrape my windshield off ever again....

I just have to pay for a new one when a hurricane comes by and smashes my car.

And yea that blizzard three years ago sucked, an entire week of college classes cancelled ... and they RARELY ever cancel classes. It took 4+ feet for them to consider it before they let us have 3 days off.
