Guy, have a great time and try to take in as much as you can! My dad is in Spain right now spending some chilled out time with my family and he says the weather couldn't be more beautiful.

I see you're going to the center and then down, but call me biased but the North is just so much fun. I'm from Galicia in the Northwest and while I'm not going to brag that it's the best or anything, I will say that it's a secret among travellers that we have just as much eye-popping history, landmarks etc but at half the price. If you want any info if you decide to make a de-tour into the North coast, don't hesitate on asking me for info by PM.

Enjoy mate!

oh without a doubt I know that the North is fantastic. But I do my trips sort of regionally. I wanted to see some Islamic art for a change, since my trip to Italy, i've seen more churches/cathedrals then I can count. I thought the Alhambra in Granada and Mesquita in Cordoba would be a great sight in the south. My next trip to Spain probably next summer will be in the North, with the Bull run in Pamplona being the height of the trip.

Yeah or if you're into Religion (if you're not then I apoligize for the mistake), you can also check out my fathers birth city of Santiago De Compostela. We have a pilgrimage every summer where thousands of people come to the Church for July 24/25. The town suddenly becomes an overpopulated city with someone from just about every country represented. I would speak of the kind of party that would beat out any marti gras on any day but I don't want to brag about it.

I'll say it again man, enjoy your trip to the max. I hope Sevilla's arcitecture that turns into charm the second your there makes it worth your trip. Also, make sure you plan on eating late in Madrid because even though the restaurants open around 9 there, the food isn't the same quality to a minimum of a quarter to eleven. And as I said before, don't hesitate if you need any help bro.

Islamic art rules!!! There are some beautiful mosques in Spain, during the "Renaissance" of the Islamic empire in the Middle Ages...

btw Beh, I hope I didn't come across as a needy sob; we've never spoke and here I am asking for a bloody cap...sorry for disrespecting!

lol no worries, It's just that I won't be in Barca during the Spanish Grand Prix unfortunatly... by that time i'm going to be in Amsterdam for the day. I can't wait to see some interesting Art from that period. My background is middle eastern so should be interesting to say the least.
