so true. that was when CDs were marketed for the music and how it made you feel. hence, titles like 'adrenaline' and 'hypnotic sounds' and labels like 'Rising High' and 'Hypnotic'. the djs were not as important; i was looking at some old cds and found that the DJs' names are in small print or aren't even listed on the cover. now, that's some shift in marketing ain't it. LOL

As much as I like Hypnotic Records, always keep in mind they were an American outlet for mostly German labels (specifically Music Research and its minor labels like Suck Me Plasma, Outloud, and Influence in the beginning). Heh... I hate being a stickler like that sometimes.
