Liam, I hope you will make good on your promise to control your drinking. I remember the days when I would run into you and you were sober or slightly buzzed. But for the past year you've been hammered every time I've met you. Time to take control buddy.

Posted by raveed on Apr-17-2005 23:57:

you know ur a TA when factors like getting kikt in the nuts or having your crotch grabbed dont piss you of nemore..... after the kind of shite you see and have to deal with at dance parties theres very little left to surprise or infuriate it seems

If drinking causes a person to get out of hand; then fix the problem. Don't drink or slim down.

Problem solved.

I don't know the issues but I do know it woudl take a lot to get kicked from Guv; not to mention it looks like you pissed off a handful of TA's in the process. Slim down or completely cut out the drinking and I'm sure things will be resolved.

as i mentioned earlier.. i did NOT get kicked out for being drunk or any fight or anything like that. there was someone smoking a joint and that person was about to be tossed out for doin so but instead i started involving myself because i ddidnt want that person to be kicked out and preferred myself being kicked out instead adn thats what happened

its not that easy, when you get to the party and you don't feel the vibe you start drinking ,its pretty hard to say no to yourself for some people.

It's hard to say no at the party, but it's easy to only bring $20 with you.

That's okay, LKD...you didn't lose respect in my mind!!! You never had any in the first place!!! LOL!!! Just joking, master.

Posted by disko-kandi on Apr-18-2005 15:06:

i don't know what happened... but i can tell you this much ...

~ only time will heal & only time will tell.

YOU need to find it in YOUR heart to change things, - YOU have to want it! You need to stick to your guns in every single way you can think of in your life, if you make that promise to yourself and the people you have hurt. like someone else said, i think it was desidel, - people won't forget, but they can forgive. it's up to you now to stop putting up barriers and to show them your true self ... over time.

but first things first, - i think you need to ask yourself WHY you are drinking yourself into stupidity & why you think you need to drown your sorrows and what sorrows those are! you need to find that respect in yourself first before you can show others respect.

all the best to you Liam! you know you can do it!

Very well said.....
At LEAST u stood up like a man and apologized, but thats not enuff.
Actions speak MUCH louder than words....
As a TOTA, i would give anyone the benefit of the doubt.
But there comes a point where you cant back down.
I just hope u TRULY learn from this be4 it happens with the wromg ppl.

Ur better than that dood.

It takes a little man half a second to do something stupid but an even bigger man to admit when he's wrong and apologize

lol apologies are so funny. most of the time they dont really mean wut they say bcuz u kno they arent that kind of person to say sorry.
i dont kno u man, but u seem pretty negative about most shit. like u hate trance yet ur on this fuken site thats the stupidest thing. its like ur straight and u decide to join a gay forum. i dunno. something like that lol

anyway, everyone deserves second chances right

well you seem to say shit that you know nothing about. ever consider the fact that maybe when he joined he did like trance and then started liking other music but stayed for the friends that he made?

i think that liam did the right thing to apologize.

ooohh now this one is always negative, especially to me. real issues. u need to cool down ok. i dont even kno who the fuk u are and ur always yelling at me lol

2 sisters at home and now u have to eat my guts out

(fuken women)

Actions speak louder than words, hun....you must prove to yourself and others that this will not happen again for a long time coming...I think only then people will begin to trust you are willing to change.

Karim has a relly good idea about the $20....I was actually going to say the same thing, because when my man got in a rut like yourself, he also brought out a limited amount of money and it has helped him out greatly!! He hasn't had a bad moment in over a year and a half!! Worth a try, right? good luck dooood

You just stepped into a world of trouble.....

She wasn't yelling at you. And yes, I agree with her. I've had to correct you on many an occasion.

oooh, yes, i'm uncontrollably yelling at you. please . oooh look, i'm overheating and i need to cool down.

maybe i make comments to your posts because they are ridiculous 75% of the time and it seems like no one has taught you tactfulness. just doing you a favor. people have to be shown the right way to act and if your parents never did then someone should.

why did you have to butt into issues that have no concern to you in such a jerk manner?

Posted by AwakenedAddict on Apr-18-2005 18:32:

Liam, dunno what you did, and it's none of my business, but you have done the right thing in apologizing. It's too bad that *some people* have attempted to detract from your sincere apology with moronic and misogynist posts.

All the best
