you guys are in for a treat! heaps of fun to be had!

take it easy, i think we broke danny last night in melbourne rofl!

woo!~ what a party. great catchin jace, nicki + spang.

danny howells was better in canberra imo. deep dish rocked it hard. top form indeed.

not gonna list any tracks because i don't know them lol. just some dark dirty prog/tribal beats from the fellas.

lighting was superb for hordern. it was packed to the max until the end of deep dish. just under half stayed all the way through danny's set.

well done SoS crew.

to be perfectly honest, non of the sets stood out for me. deep dish played way too heavy, paul harris playing the theme song from mallrats just killed it. Danny howells, the last breath of fresh air, started off unbelievable.. had the crowd in the palm of hands and then just lost me...

still had an amazingly fun night!!

jace n nix

yeh agree with DD playing too heavy. They were the same in Canberra pretty much.

oh i remember somebody played that Depeche Mode track. There were a few remakes of ol'skool rock tracks last night.

Checked out Ali B for it bit and the breaks was going off.

Also remember walking in around 7 and hearing some cheesy hip hop in the outside area. It was fun though

wicked night!!!

Boogie pimps - nothing special but good to get the night started.

Ewan Pearson - started a little flat, but picked it up with an awesome set!! Depeche Mode

Deep Dish - an amazing epic set, i really enjoyed it, havn't heard a set like that in a long time.

Paul Harris - Didn't do it for me.

Danny Howells - I really enjoyed his set, i can see how a lot wouldn't enjoy it, but the techno he was dishing out was awesome to end the night!! A pity the sounds crowd couldn't stick it out to that style of music, something diverse, but there was still a good number there.

Overall the production was top notch, probably one of the best parties i've been to in Sydney. Everything was done so well!

The sound was awesome, loads of grunt to it. THere was a spot about 3/4 way down that had reverb, but that was just where the mid speakers were and u kinda got lost in the sound But move forward or back a bit and the sound was perfect!!

The dancers and the deep dish opener was amazing.

Only thing i didn't like was the fact that all the DJs just kept going, if you're not paying attention you would miss out who was on next

those girls hanging off the rafters brought back memories of sensation white, except it was bigger and better

cool intro though. loved the music that went with that piece.

That's the way it's suppost to be done....who needs a break from the beats?

spewing I couldn't make it down, but sounds like it was an ok night out! how did the hodern accomodate for sounds?

well it's nice to thank the current dj for playing and then to intro the new guy. it's not a jukebox or winamp playlist that keeps on going

you can intro the next dj without necessarily stopping the music.

yeah you woulda enjoyed it sid. as for sound, it was great if you stood right in front of the sound technicians, the further you ventured out to the sides the less effective the sound was. just wait till you hit sensation, now that's how sound should be done

looks like a great production and night out!

awesome pics as usual mate

Show your appreciation by moving your feet, not by stopping the music. Sure intro if you must, but keep the beat going.

Top night i thought. Got there and heard some of cash money and the end of ewen pearson which was mad.

Deep dish followed well and played some great tribal tracks. Dropped off abit in the last hour so i went to see Ali b outside. I was expecting a bit more from him and the sound got turned downed alot during his set only to be pumped up back during kid kenobis set which was awsome by the way.

Howells played really well i thought. I sat up the back talking crap with diggs for a while and fuck me..when he started playing and all the light went nuts and nearly everyone in the crowd had a hand in the air it looked amazing.

Chilled out in the chill out/munt tent for while and rocked back in the hear the end of howells play some techno which was fun.

After party at the civic was crap but ended up at a friends place with 20 others and we proceeded to get down to what the long weekend is all about
