I feel guilty if i hear a MJ song on the radio or whatever at the moment...they were good songs, but they seem wrong to listen to at the moment.
very true i know exactly how you feel theirs no denying he was great at what he did at one point

i think he did it. looking at his childhood...i'm sure he's got some problems and i think that they manifested themselves in stuff like this...

i don't think he'll go to jail though...i think that he'll probably end up in a psych ward or something...he just has problems...

fucking california, blame the insane prices of real estate over there,

everyone is playing a hungry hungry hippos game with their lawyers and shit just trying to be rich in california, bleh.

It's hard to tell why jacko does the things he does, it could either be a skilled manipulation of the media to make shitloads of dough, or kiddie fapping, or both. I dunno, if I was a rich pop star I couldnt say that I wouldnt build an amusement park and let kids play in it to get shitloads of attention and thus shitloads of more money without having to bother making any more music that the fickle public very well might hate. If I was a black musician, I might very well color my skin white in attempt to make more cash, cuz the white man just has more to spend, I mean, it looks really weird on TV, but there could be logic behing all of it, maybe really fucking genius logic cuz he is so damn rich, or maybe he is just lucky.

fuck it though, giving the issue attention will just make him richer

and his fascination w/ sleepin with children just doesn't sound right..-shakes head-

i think that's the whole point...the family sees him as an easy target. if he's "done it" before he might do it again. although the last case was settled out of court...i still don't think he would do it. maybe its because i grew up liking michael jackson, or maybe i'm just naiive. and although he has had a messed up childhood...the jackson camp says that thats what contributes to his love of children. he himself still feels like a child and likes kids around because he feels he can relate to them more.

you have a very good point, but exactly like you stated, the last case was settled out of court..and the way i see it is that if he was innocent, why bother settling out of court, and not prove his innocence to me that would prove his innocence not other wise..i mean why be willing to pay a high amount of money if youre "innocent" make sense? I dunno??!?!

and when it comes to children, hey i love children more then anything, but lets get real im a 21 yr. old female, and tell me it wouldn't sound somewhat weird if i just had 13yr old boiz sleepin in my bed? i mean somehow it would just seem wrong...

wrong? holy shit...luckiest 13 yr olds evar! but no i understand what you mean. i thought the whole settling out of court was a little fishy too. maybe he did it just to save himself from the stress of a lawsuit, or just wanted to stay out of the public's eye for a bit.

I mean lets be real, I for one am an advocate for children, and seriously I even looked up to the man as a child, when I would see how much he'd give to charity & all the effort he would do to reach his child base fan, but once I grew up certain things seemed wrong..

I mean yea yea he had a horrible childhood and all, but bad childhood or not, that doesn't give anyone the right to do a kid wrong like that..I mean hey now, don't get me wrong b/c if anyones to blame I'd personally blame the parents for being such idiots, but on a real note...These molestation cases...something about them just isn't right..you dig!

Guilty.

I think.

I think hes likely guilty of child molestation, but in this case, I think he may be innocent.

With the scads of child abuse allegations Jackson has faced over the years, why would you even let your child within the confines of neverland ranch except as a get rich quick scheme?

amen

Whether he is guilty or not is largely a matter of conjecture - the evidence itself is weak and tainted. I personally despise the man, but anyone who isn't completely blinded by their instinctive suspicion of all that is "different" would have no choice but to tell you: a guilty verdict would clearly be inappropriate.

Also, I think the contents of this thread is a good example of why jurors should be paid professionals, not random people off the street who decide other people's fate based on their baseless "instincts."

Maybe Micheal should be given the death sentence while he does his last concert. Right at the end of the concert all the kids get to come up on stage & clobber him to death with Iron batterns. I think Micheal will enjoy that way to die.

Posted by Important_Man on Apr-22-2005 01:11:

Jackson has outlived his usefulness I'm afraid. Whether he's guilty or innocent doesn't matter anymore.

he ain t touch those kids they touched him

I don't know, but the parodies from this trial are hilarious.

nuff said!

obviously not guilty

Posted by Danny Ocean on Apr-22-2005 15:02:

definitely not guilty.
and tom mesereau is a badass attorney, he just destroys the prosecution most of the time. its obvious its all bullshit. They try to bring in the 1993 case to give to try and give them more credibility. its all about the money as said before.

Posted by Tomas_P on Apr-22-2005 16:20:

I think he's guilty. I don't think the case would have gone this far if they did'nt have any evidence. And he's been accused about similar crimes in the past so there has to be something there.

Yeah, but it is the exact same lawyer prosecuting him AGAIN.

we're allowed to have gut instincts and have an opinion based on facts...like the fact that he has deep rooted MAJOR f'n issues because of all the plastic surgery he's had, not to mention he's LIED about bleaching his skin..he's a liar, he's a weirdo...and if ppl are accusing him of being a pedophile...hmmm let's see here, the guy is like 40 something years old...never been in a solid relationship...PAYS WOMEN to have his babies and then have nothing to do with them...turns his backyard into a f'n amusement park for children...

yea ok....sure why dont u send ur kids over to his house to play? he's totally innocent. if u want to turn ur head and play the advocate that's fine, but dont sit there and accuse us of having more issues than michael jackson. don't be ignorant.

April fools! ...right?

Please say 'yes'
