Shower, shave balls, use deodorant, style hair with some "moulding mud", and throw on some cologne (sometimes). That's about it. And shave my face (separate razor), every other day or so.

A study was done that showed cologne and daily washing with soaps, deodorants, and shampoos and the plethora of other shit we dump into our bodies hides the very smells that make us attractice to other people. use soap only where you have to, the places where you grow hair produce lots of the scent...hair helps hold the scent.
pretty cool study. Kelly Aune did it "The effects of perfume use on perecptions of attractiveness and competence". another amazing one is Bryant Furlows study on "the smell of love"

I use super minimal amounts of soap (youd be surprised at how little it takes to actually clean yourself off...hot water does most of it for you)
and then have started leanin towards unscented anti-perspirants. also, super long showers get rid of these two.
The other main thing was about how its all based on immune systems and the MHC gene...its non odorous, but women smelling shirts with wildly different immune systems thought it smelled sexy and ones with similar immune systems made them think of family (brother or dad) but def not attractive.
the other fun thing showed how women on the pill have opposite effects...but then one day they try to conceive and miscarriage levels sky rocket and they get in fights a lot ^_^ yay fucking with your body lol

| Originally posted by Orbax I begin with a water-activated gel cleanser, then a honey-almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Vidal Sasson shampoo is mespecially good at getting rid of the coating of dried perspiration, salts, oils, airborne pollutants and dirt that can weigh hair down and flatten it to the scalp, making you look older. Before shaving, I always press a hot towel against my face for two minutes to soften abrasive beard hair. Then I lather on a moisturizer and let it soak in for a minute. You can rinse it off or keep it on and apply shaving cream over it -- preferably with a brush, which softens the beard as it lifts the whiskers, making hair removal easier.Rinse the razor and shake off any excess water before starting.Afterwards splash cool water on the face to remove any trace of lather. You should use an aftershave lotion with little or no alcohol. Never, ever use cologne on your face since the alcohol content will dry your skin out and make you look older. Applying a moisturizer is the final step. If the face seems dry and flaky -- which can make it look dull and older -- use a clarifying lotion that removes flakes and uncovers fine skin. Then apply anti-aging eye balm. |

I think I might be developing acne, and I think I'm going to have to shave within a few months if this facial fuzz shit keeps up. God damn it all to hell. I'm uglier than ever.
