and for those of you who hate/can't access audiojelly - they should be available on beatport soon. they are in beatport's hands as far as i know, its just a matter of putting them up.

I hope so. I got a call from Capital One Fraud Protection the day after I tried to get the tune from Audiojelly =0 I was like, YEAH that's what I was trying to do but it kept getting rejected...THANKS FOR CARING THOUGH...ignore the caps...what was in my mind was not necessarily what I said on the phone. At least they cared enough, you know...anyway...to sleep I go if I can rip myself away from this Jam III mix...

Posted by jam.iii on Jun-03-2005 14:55:

yeah... beatport please. i didn't mind dropping the 2 GBP on this one (first time i've ever used audiojelly) but thats around $4 US i believe... thats a bit of a sham for a single!

Posted by tylerc on Jun-30-2005 16:46:

Alright, the tunes are FINALLY up on beatport!

For some reason, Trance Tribe's catalogue is divided into 2 'albums'. You can still purcahse the singles by clicking on the albums and browsing the tracklist.

Thanks for all the support guys.

Ok, so I guess I'm just using this as the 'Tyler C/Orana Project news thread'.

Platipus' new compilation 'Tales Of The Unexpected' came out the other day apparently. I just happened to stumble onto the Platipus website and discover it. They were so kind as to include Orana Project - Blue Storm on it. Needless to say, I'm incredibly happy.

Tracklist and such: here.

Man that's sweet...
I heard Orana Project on some mix before, so when I heard it again I was blown away after learning you made it. You know I mostly listen to prog stuff, maybe an Armin episode occasionally, so this has been the only trance song I've actually been hooked on in months. I love Silver Sun too! Keep up the good work.

Nice work DOOD!

Looking forward to Thursday...

And yeah, I'm damn proud my thread can be the "Official Tyler C/Orana Project News" thread...

Posted by tylerc on Jul-10-2005 07:03:

Thanks a lot guys!

Dan - you may be interested in the tune I just finished. It's definitely a LOT more prog than anyhting I've done before, but not the deep dark stuff you were rockin at Addiction. THis is more just chill, melodic stuff. I'll probably post a little clip in the producers section in a lil bit.

Rob - lookin forward to thursday man. will be good to kick it with you again.

Ok, none of my friends are into EDM, nor do they have much of an idea that I produce I just need to vent this to you quickly.

I'M ON A CD ALONG SIDE FERRY CORSTEN, JOHN DIGWEED, LUKE CHABLE, MAX GRAHAM, GABRIEL & DRESDEN, THRILLSEEKERS, AND RE:LOCATE!!!!!

Sorry, just had to get that out. It's still a little surreal.

Tyler C - Once again taking the world by storm...

Hey Bro... for the record, I think I've developed a sweet idea for the show coming up in November, but I've gotta get you on board for it... expect details in the PM...

Posted by tylerc on Sep-11-2005 00:03:

haha, i love this thread.

i guess i should take this opportunity to say that "the story of" (the new orana project track) was #7 in audiojellys top 10 best sellers last week. remember that when deciding if it should go to vinyl, scott

well i just finished a new remix of twitch & rush - destiny last week. i'm still making some changes to it, but i'll probably just give that one up for download soon. i have a few new originals in the works, but i'm really slow, so it might be a little bit.

oh and btw, i recently found out that the platipus cd is having a separate US release date. it should be readily available in the states starting october 25th i believe.

also for those in the minneapolis area, i'll be djing tonight at Euphoria in Minneapolis from 10-11pm. I'll also be spinning Monday night at Mells Beauty Bar on Washington Ave. I'm planning on doing my first drum n bass set that night, so it should be interesting.

DON'T DO IT!!!!!!!!!!

Posted by tylerc on Sep-11-2005 01:04:

don't worry, it wont be that "gothic" drum n bass. i only play the sexy, intelligent, liquid funk stuff. both ethereal and i have been messing around producing drum n bass lately. he did a hawt dnb/trance hybrid remix of NIN - Hand That Feeds

i <3 dnb.

Posted by RJT on Sep-11-2005 01:29:

So... if there were any upcoming shows say that maybe, you and I were playing together, would it be a prog & bass show?

If that doesn't make sense to you... stay tuned...
