Just watched this episode...and yes i needed a box of Kleenex Shed a few tears....Especially when the jewish prisoner was trying so hard to explain what had happened and trying not to brak down....it just filled me with rage and sadness of how the human race could ever do that to another human...

It still happens.. Rawanda, Uganda.. lots of other African nations

Genocide, Famine, political unrest.. torture, experimentations

The UN, and the US will care when they have something to gain politically, or economically from something though.

By far the greatest WW2 movie ever! It never gets old, and it's 5 times longer than all others...

''A new miniseries from the creators of Band of Brothers named the "The Pacific War" began production in 2005.''

great series!! the whole concentration camp part gets me teary eyed though..i really like the episode of when they were in bastogne.

Awesome series...I wish I had the DVDs but they still run almost $80.

Best WW2 "movie/series" ever. The extra disc where the real war heroes talk about their experiance is pretty emotional. I cant imagine what they went through emotionally.

best series ever

Flags of our Fathers is coming out soon also, based on the book of the same title written by James Bradley, who is the son of one of the flag raisers. Directed by Clint Eastwood. There is also one being made from the Japanese point of view called "Red Sun, Black Sand" also directed by Clint Eastwood.

I just watched this series over the past week, and I honestly have to say it was the most powerful stuff I have ever seen on television. The episodes at Bastogne was probably the most depressed a shot or movie has ever made me. They are coming out with a Pacific version of Band of Brothers, which begins filing in August.
