Yesyes, poor punctuality on releases is one area where consistency isn't good.

Posted by zoric on May-29-2005 08:55:

Yeah. The Riley & Durrant Remix is awesome indeed.

Prefer the Way Out West Dustbiter Mix. Really pumping...
The Slam remix is a big let down...

Posted by WojiePoj on May-29-2005 22:29:

Hello!

Remixes arent too shabby, the lyrics are pretty good in this track... wouldnt consider it a fav though...

before i close my eyes and walk away
Theres just one thing that I need to feel
Before I walk away against my will
Theres just one thing that i need to hear
Before I walk away for the last time
Theres just one thing that I need to see
Before I take this chance and set us free

Dont forget me
Dont regret me
Dont suspect me
Dont neglect me

The memory of this still reminds me of you
The memory of this still reminds me
The memory of this still reminds me of you
That is where you'll find me

Stars in your eyes
Did you take the time to realize
Can you count the stars in your eyes
Did you take the time to realize

Thank You so much Porky... I've had (big) trouble hearing the lyrics in this tune... English isnt my native language..

this was hard in particular:

* "Theres just one thing that i need to say" oh my.. had no clue now it's very clear

* "The memory of this"

* "Stars"

thanks again!

it's cool that they mail them to you
karma use 256kbps or higher quality

Posted by vinnie97 on Jun-03-2005 07:22:

ah, I thought Karma ranged anywhere from 192 to 256, depending on the source received.

Nice tribute, Porky.

And yes, it's all about the dustbiting...no other mix manages to be infectiously funky yet successfully shifts to sublime a moment later.

Riley & Durrant Remix is awesome.

i dunno to be honest, i had a listen to the samples on beatport and i think prefer the version on the album more, doesn't need to be remixed

Don't know about that. I think it's the worst

Posted by BLuEOcEaN420 on Jun-06-2005 14:20:

ive listened to the original and the oh so hyped dustbiter remix of it and honestly i wasnt too impressed. its not in any way bad but, wow have done alot better in the past and this one isnt close to claiming such rave reviews. anyways that said, its not a bad track compared to mass of shitty stuff released everyday. as for the original, i think the vocals are too strong in it and a dub would be nicer or maybe even slightly more subtle vocals.
