haha i wouldnt get caught(knock on wood) i would plan it out perfectly... but there is soo many things i could do... he still lives with his parents and i dont want to get them involved with teh revenge so that why i want to take out his car... i was told to deflate all his tires then super glue his valves shut...

Seriously sound advice. I don't understand why you would want to f*** with them like that. IMHO it immediately shows the quality (or lack thereof) of your character. The fact that you have so little self-control seems like a good indication of your jouvenile nature.

Or do this, Get him drunk during the day at a local bar or a friends house. Then take his keys away from him since he's drunk & have a friend take him to Dennys or some resturant to sober him up. Then take his keys to the local Ace Hardware or somewhere else close that copys keys. Then give him his keys back, but you keeping a copy to his house without him knowing. Then find out when no one is home at his house. In sometime in the near future while no one is home, go to the local animal shelter. Adopt a bunch of dogs, cats & whatever other weird animals they will let you adopt for only the cost of papers (the more friends there to adopt the more animals you get). Then let them loose in his house. & when him & his parents come home they will experiance thier new zoo. I did it to an old friend years ago & my friends & I still laugh about it.
