i pick second sun, since I like their music better...but i've never been to a live pa so i dunno

Agreed, prefer Second Sun too. Seen both of them play live @ the last Vandit night in Casino, Berlin back in October. Thought they were both very good, but as i said, would def prefer Second Sun.

Despite the fact that I harp on about them live so much I've never seen their liveact, and probobly never will, as they dont come to my part of the world. But from the livesets I've got they're very good. Check some of those out, but since we havent got any new (live recorded) sets for 8 months now, their playlist is gonna have a lot of new stuff that you wont recognise from listening to sets.

Where bouts in Ireland u from?? They were playing in Matrix, Dungannon a couple of months ago.

Right down in Cork, so getting up to Matrix is about the same as getting to London for me

At Freak Night 8 last year, Nou and I ducked out early from seing NU-NRG live Ferry and Marco had taken it out of us, but when our other buddies got back from seing them live they said the rocked socks.

I was bummed I missed them.

So based on others opinions, I'd say they rock live.

Saw them at Cream some point last year ... totally fucking boring 'live act' that went nowhere and was nothing more than a showcase for their productions.

Can't wait to see them this summer.

I heard that they actually use Traktor and mix tracks on their laptop and just use the keyborad for a few basic synth patterns over the top....
They use the same and kcik and bassline for hours on end and their music gets a little repetitive IMO.
I agree that they are good prodcuers, but I would rather see a DJ who plays a wide variety of stuff in his set.

If you know what you are listening for and watch what each person is doing you can tell how busy they are. NuNrg definately rides out, and all the live acts i've seen were definately no ametuers.

nu nrg r quite good but when uve seen them once uve seen it all no point seeing them again

Respectfully disagree.
