Yeah, I made the transition from Colorado to Florida

You get used to the humidity...it's not that you don't notice, it's just that you accept it as a natural thing. Gotta love how your towel is still wet the next day you use it though >=/

Oh yeah, soap...

Luffa + Aveeno ftw

Bar soap is for barbarians!

edit: and guests.

Speaking of guests, what do you guys do with those pistachios that are hard-as-hell to open? You know how they're usually nice and salty on the inside when they have a nice slit on the outside (um, that sounds... ), and then sometimes, you get those pistachios without a seam...and even when you get really fucking determined (like that happens often anyways ) and manage to get a hammer or other tool and pry it open, the nut on the inside is never worth it anyways because, without the seam, it didn't get any salt on it!

Oh yeah - guests. I've resorted to collecting those sealed pistachios in a designated bowl in my kitchen - those are the "guest pistachios". We'll see if anyone wants to come over and use MY soap now.

i hate taking showers. the only thing in mine is shampoo, conditioner and a bar of lever 2000 and razor/shaving cream. oh wait i do have this really cool stuff...it's got grainy things in it and smells like jasmine...it's for exfoliating. i use it on my elbows and feet.

but yea my showers last no longer than 3 minutes. i'm definitely a product snob though...

i hate getting ready. i'm so impatient i just wanna get to the party already. taking a shower is a chore to me.

When it gets too small to be useful as soap, what do you do.

When I open a new bar, I put it in the shower. When it reaches about half it's original volume, I put it next to the sink and open a new one for the shower.

i prefer irish spring over lever 2000 because it makes my skin smell like a freshly cut meadow.

I prefer regular deodorant instead of the gels. The gels remind me of wet water running down my neck. That feeling...

Why deodorants w/ moisturizer? Now im concious of the wrinkles in my pits.

Posted by Michael19 on Jun-07-2005 18:38:

i use shower gel. I stopped using soap because of that episode in firends where joey(or the other one) says something like "remeber the last part i wash, and the first part you wash with soap".

shower gel man ever since.

i've taken a liking to soap with oatmeal in it or grains of rice. smells good and does something to my skin...i don't know about shower gel - that stuff is too girlie for me. it's like those poofy scrub things? sorry but is that shit necessary?

You don't need to use one of thouse scrunch things just your hands.

Posted by EpiphanE on Jun-07-2005 18:47:

Mostly a shower gel user but when I see a bar of soap that is really small I ball it up and throw it at people.

nothing wrong with the wrinkles in your pits. that's the best part of a woman, the wrinkles in her pits. i don't think that's a popular idea though.

they're great for exfoliating your skin and they feel great on your skin with all that lather. i hate using my hands because i can't seem to get an equal amount of lather all over my body. i'll start rubbing down my arms and shoulders and then realize there's no lather left for the rest of me.

so what if they're girly... get a dark blue one
