I won't be available fro 2nd July till 17th July due to me being in Ibiza is this gonna cause a problem??

put me down as well m8! I remember doing this before with the TA ranking ladder and it worked well!

A competitor can start a challendge only once is 7 days, but ofcourse we can have more than one challendge a week.

why only 5-6 tracks? why not a 60-minute mix or something?

All you guys need to do is be on the first post section, and PM Sphere with a challenge for one of them.
DO NOT reveal you have sent a challenge and wait for the FTP info.

I feel this competition is stupid and reallys goes NOWHERE.

5-6 Tracks are not a real mix and can give NO real meaning about a dj's skill.

And music is about listening and feeling good and not for competition and comparing each week with others.

This is just for fun. If you are no.1 on the list it doesen't mean that you're the best dj from the lot. This is how people get detailed reviews and suggestions about their mixes. This way we can improve. Remember this is just for fun. This is how I see it.

yep, it would be also fun if you could post the entire results and comments (if there are any) in the other competiton

It goes towards having a laugh.

Challenging people is a good way to see how well your doing with your abilities.

I think it's a great idea to try out.

If it flops, it flops. Big deal. Sphere has seen a problem where the regular competition was taking a LONG time to do.

Give it a go mate, it may be right up your street.

I've got a question.
What if you get or make multiple challanges within 7 days, can you respond with one mix or does it have to be a separate mix for every challange you make or receive?

I didnt get this until i scanned the other competition. I think its just funny. I mean this is not a sponsored competition for whose the best dj in the world. If anything its simply a reality check.

I don't want to repete my self, but I'll say it again:

Anyone of you can judge any of the challenges if his not competing in it. Now there are 2 challenges running. Check all pages in this thread and you'll see those 2 challenges. Also anyone can start his first challenge but if you have 0 challenges judged you can't start another one after that. You'll need to have a judged/started challenges higher than 1.

Yes. You are allowed to start your first one "for free". But after that you'll have to judge at least 1 challenge if you want to challenge another person.
