Check out a girl bustin a move to any house....and she's smokin hot....
Then you have the girl dancing to trance....not so much....she's more like, "wanna sign my book?"
....eeeekkkk!!!!!

I think I've put my foot in my mouth....big time!!...in this TRANCE-addict forum!! *yikes*
In my experience when it comes to girls clubbing at either Guv/System I find that the girls at System are true House Fiends whereas alot of the ones that go to Guv do so just to make an appearance and be seen, and it is sooooooo true that nothing is sexier than seeing a hot girl in a sexy outfit that knows how to bust a groove instead of just tapping their feet. If they wanna go tappa tappa tappa then they should take ballet. What's worse is when I see girls GRINDING to a fast house song, WTF

I love trance...but i have to admit I can get bored of it at times....

HOUSE BABY!!!!!!!!!!!

Posted by b4k-oz on Jun-16-2005 01:19:

All music genre is great but for me it goes in this order:

1) Trance - the build ups are excellent and euphoric...which is something that house will never be able to build to

2) Techno - Which has the right number of beats per minute for dancing

3) House - because some of it is good to listen to...but I find it to be too relaxed for my taste. LOL it's as if house is the dance for dumies version of dance music. It's ok to be into deep and dirty and sexy...but not challenging for those that are really into dancing.

Sorry if you don't agree but then we are all entitled to our opinions.

DDTT has nothing to do with relaxation and everything to do with stomping it out...

LOL ok

How about submitting a tracklist with the bpm right beside it and lets put that baby to the dancing test.
BTW don't forget we are looking for the euphoric buildups and no dragged out beats or remixed retro ----> original compositions only please

DDTT.
It's good for you,
It's good for me.

Uhhh... On the contrary.. given that House is more prevalent amongst the majority of clubs in the city I'd say that any girl that knows how to dance to Trance should (by default) have the necessary skills to also own the dance floor when it comes to House. Reasoning: it takes some effort to seek out Trance, a gal that goes that extra way shows it when she moves

Genre snobs are everywhere.. ignore them.. u'll enjoy yourself more.

Trance is way too lovey-dovey, floaty, happy....

Bring on the hard, pumpin, groovin, dirty house....

ZIVILI ADRIANNA!!!

Trance is what got me into the EDM or Electronica or whatever-you-call-it scene in the first place.

Love trance, however I find myself more drawn towards House music now. I think its one of those white wine, red wine things. Beginners always prefer whites, then graduate to reds over time.

Of course there are always exceptions

It's simple.

Are you into melodies? Trance.

Are you into percussive beats? House.

They both have a time and space to tickle your music clitoris.

I started into the EDM scene with Trance and still love it very much so and always will.. but as the years go on, I am starting to move in different directions.

I have a new love of house and techno has moved in there as well too

I like the way you summed it up. Well done. The ending was the best! "Music clitoris" ^5

Well I am certainly a noob to this kind of music, but I can honestly now say that I LOVE trance music so much! There's just something about it that's so addictive! Like 5 months ago if you asked me what I thought of trance, I would probably say "not too much" but NOW that I got into this awesome music, I can't go without it!! I don't know too much about house music yet, but that's okay, I will learn

i started off with house in the early 90's and then i got into trance when i heard lost tribe "gamemaster" and i slowly got into it.

even though i absolutely love trance and its my main music i dj i have to say funky house music with a dirty get down bassline will always be my true love.
