I'd say the order has changed slightly in the last year since I was here, let me re-phrase:

This is because a lot of my friends who used to smoke down here quit and a lot of people who didn't smoke started, and id rather chill with my friends and not smoke than chill with some people i don't like as much and smoke- naw'mean?

It puzzles me. How come people still do drugs in South America when crime has become intolerable and the link between drug consumption and crime rate has been proven as obvious!?
