well it was fatboy slim that got me into edm, but the one track that got me all hot and bothered wasn't him.....

first edm track i ever heard was Daft Punk- Around the World.

i was watching this show called AMP that was brand new on MTV, real late at night and i saw the video for "Around the world"
it blew my mind.

and i was hooked

I was into Industrial music for years and had reached a point that drove me to find other musical outlets. System 7 - Alpahwave (Plastikman Acid House Mix) became the crossover track for me. At that point I was an instant Plastikman fan!! Techno to trance and havent looked back since then.

heh.. i have a Daft Punk DVD... that video is just the tip of the ice berg... its in kansas so you dont get it this weekend..
