Ive only saw him live once, that was last year at creamfields when he played in the cream tent and seemed to be 2 years behind the rest of the trance scene, in regards to tunes
I wasnt to impressed with him at all. I'm just gutted I missed his early days at cream here etc, listenin to some of his old stuff is awe-inspiring.
If youve never heard any of his old stuff check this site out...

^every essential mix ever

He definatly does step it up for certain gigs. In Toronto, he always plays well.
As for WMC, he played like shit. I read all the reviews, and he was pretty bad.
And he almost always 'only' plays for 2 hours. That is his usual, if you get more, consider yourself very lucky.
where can i find this Orange Hours set he did??
cheers!
he sucked ass every night of his residency at ice in las vegas. Same story as seattle, no beat matching, letting teh record play out, it was just hard to start liking.

I wouldn't pay to see Oakenfold unless he fixes his hair.
He'll be here in denver on july 23. dont know if im goin to this or not?? Doesnt look all that great to me. Motorcycle will be there as well and never seen her before. Ive seen all the rest...

I saw him April 3rd. His level of greatness was like seeing Michael Jordan play in person. He's better than what some of these shitheads would like to have you believe. I recorded his set and made an MP3 which I still need a few tracks ID'ed.
