Okay, so I was finally able to give the entire Passport cd by Ferry a go. It's awesome. 1st cd is better then the 2nd but that definitely doesn't mean the 2nd cd isn't good. The whole thing just rocks and I still can't get enough of Yilmaz Altanhan - Eighties (zgr Can Remix). This tune is just sick!

Ferry Corsten - Kingdom of Netherlands [2 Cd ]

I'm mixed on ISOS4: Good track selection (although it doesn't really carry the ISOS feel) but piss poor mixing. My god...

Sasha - Fundacion: What's so bad about this? Great mixing, interesting and unqiue pattern of tracks.

Ferry - Passport: Not bad, great tracks and solid mixing.

I also picked up Luke Fair - OS 03: Good stuff, simple and uninteresting mixing, but his track selection is spot on. I really like his style of prog house.

Sasha - Fundacion
Timo Maas - Loud
Timo Maas - Music For The Masses 2
Hernan Cattaneo - Renaissance: The Master Series Vol. 2
Dave Seaman and Luke Chable - Renaissance Presents: The Therapy Sessions Vol. 2
Sasha and John Digweed - Renaissance: The Mix Collection Vol. 1

You know... I really enjoyed Sasha's CD. You really have to lie down, put your headphones on and relax to get the full experience out of it. You can't be doing anything that makes your mind wander. Otherwise, I absolutely ADORE the entire Hernan Cattaneo compilation. The first CD is perfect for chilling (just like Fundacion) while the second one is an all-around awesome mix. Other than that, Dave Seaman did a GREAT job at track selection and mixing. Luke Chable tore it up with his unique sounds, as well. Great stuff, really.

Ferry Corsten - Passport: Kingdom of the Netherlands (w/ free pair of tix)
Evil Nine - You Can Be Special Too
Steve Porter - Homegrown
James Zabiela - Utilities
Sasha - Fundacion
Above & Beyond - Anjunabeats Vol.2 (Anyone know wher Vol. 3 can be found?)
Keane - Hopes and Dreams

Thumbs up to Betty Kang for getting my Zabiela liner ("Kill all Humans" pic) signed so quickly after the show. Still working my way through all of them, though the Evil Nine CD is the one that I've wanted to linger on so far. It's definitely got a different feel, even for something so breaky.

I'm still waiting for some GU13 or GU009 sounds- the sound that got me loving Sasha in the first place. Lately it's been mash-up after mash-up. Seems like he's angry or something. Jaded is a good word, Daniela.

On a side note, I'm liking the Mr. and Mrs. Smith soundtrack recently. Very chill and disorienting- but in a good way.
