I know it may not be what you're looking for, but try some older Digweed sets...even GU019 has a very dark triballish sound to it on CD1...that is the Digweed I love.
Oh and CONGRATS on your conversion...I converted in Feb of this year
Once you get a taste you never go back

off topic, but with the link he gave (http://releaseyourself.com/radioshow/RY_178_high.mp3), go to the 90:00 minute mark. Amazing remix/sample of Salt Tank - Eugina (Michael Woods Remix).

for good house if you can, check sth by Andry Nalin (yes! from Nalin & Kane and the resident of Tribehouse @ Neuss). His sets are awesome; perfect skills as a dj, amazin' track selection..
for some tribaly: Tania Vulcano, Dj Vibe...
The Richie Santana set is GREAT.
One question....why are these NY tribal djs almost exclusively associated with the gay scene? Historical reasons?

| Originally posted by tiesto14 RIGHT?!!!!! I swear, that is one of the VERY few sets i can listen to from begining to end and not have to skip over a few tracks....the whole set is awesome. And to think he is a nobody DJ that plays in NY and New Jersey....go figure. dunno...i have just become a Victor Calderone fan and everyone i told said i better not even attempt to go to one of his shows cus it is ALLLLL gay...literally....lol. |
house and the gay scene are very closely aligned and have been for a long time.
For anyone interested in that Richie Santana set...i am requesting atracklist and provided a link to the set
