| Originally posted by D-res word man.. i'm happier than i've ever been before and believe it or not, even at my age, i'm with a girl that i am completely willing to spend the rest of my life with because i said something, although i've been in your situation in the past. i know many would probably label me as inexperienced, naive and ignorant but i've had a lot of experience with the opposite sex and i know exactly how you feel. But hey dude, this is life. Shit happens, and sometiems that shit isnt always good. You'll get around it. Its just another obstacle in the road of life. Things will always get better and you'll look back and realize everything ended up in place, just where it should have. now order pizza and chow down. pizza = delicious and atleast you'll have something to look forward to while you're waiting for it/eating it |

i just made the biggest salad ever. it kicks my ass hardcore.
I didn't get rejected for anything... I just made shit hard on myself and now I'm going to have to put up a hell of a fight to get the girl that I could have had two years ago had I not been too busy fucking off with other girls that meant nothing to me, in retrospect.
Basically, I'm dating someone and so is she. This is going to be fun.

So if you go into this fighting and lose something you already have than it might be worse than just dealing with it in the first place. I was much happier being friends with this girl, that I was telling her how I felt and being rejected. I think. Actually I dont know... fuck now I am pissed. Ima call this bitch tmrw like she wants. |
fuk man im drunk too, been there, done that, got teh tshirt, i thing go for it, if shes into it she'll dump the other guy, if not at least u know what she wants

Shot down. Unlucky.
This wouldn't happen to be related to a thread I might recall about some new living arrangements you were considering, would it?
In any case, I suggest you continue to drown your sorrows in alcohol at least for now, because if you really want to get what you want, you're going to have to do away with regret and sadness one way or another. But be aware: your situation is neither earth-shattering nor particularly uncommon. Whether you want to admit it or not, there are in fact many things far more painful than your situation. Unlike many, you may even have a second chance, I suggest you appreciate that and take advantage of it instead of worrying about mistakes you may have made in the past. You, at least, have something to fight for. So fight well.

I'll partially agree with Nou on this. I've both been through the rejection feeling and the "oh my god i'm an idiot why didn't i talk to her maybe it could have worked out" feeling, and they equally suck (incidentally, i haven't been through the acception feeling
... so you might just ignore all this crap advice from an unexperienced geek). But i don't think one sucks more than the other. When you're in love or obsessed with a chick, everything that is not being with her is a major drama and will make you extremely unhappy, regardless if you talked to her or not.
So, what i'd really advice you is to come back to your brains and force yourself not to be so fucking obsessed and desperate about the chick, it's not the end of the world. Don't let the emotion lead your actions, be logical and make the right choice. Now what is the right choice, well that depends on the situation. I don't know the full details, but as you said that you're both on relationships with different persons, I think you should probably think a bit more about how is your relationship going, is it worth throwing it away to another chick you might or not end up with. Think about what are your feelings currently towards your GF, and what situation would you put the girl you're looking forward to if you messed up with her relation. Then make a choice, if you think it's worth risking all of that, then go forward.
calm the fuck down. destroying your shit doesn't help anything. you'll just be w/o printer, broken glass on your floor and a few holes in your wall. if you need to release emotional tension that badly, you're a fucking pussy. it's one girl for one period in your life. i've had shitty breakups, i've been cheated on, but it all gets better man.
i never trust guys who take thier emotions out on inanimate objects. they're more likely to be violent people. don't be like that.
suck it up soldier, we're all here for ya. *hugs*
lol, jesus christ. school boy error. everyone know's to send teh letter really. better of knowing something (even if isnt the answer you want) rather than never knowing and always wondering about it. god gave men 2 very useful things called balls everyone, so use them.
