No shit....that's why I said he would never play a set like that live......PVD only really get experimental on radio shows.

i need to hear the rocker set again. however i didn't like it because it had bad flow and really sloppy mixing in the beginning.

as for the tpod tracklisting... tpod 2 looks like it's going to flop pretty badly - unless he's worked remix wonders, which i don't think he has. i'd love to stand corrected on this - i still had high hopes until seeing this TL today.

Times have changed, and so have the productions. Trance productions have become weak, repetitive and bland. Trance has become a y=mx+b genre lately.

Right.. but that doesn't mean PvD has to keep playing that garbage. I mean, he definitely enjoys all sorts of electronic dance music - you've gotta wonder why he doesn't branch out a bit more.

I beg to differ bro. PVD live@Galaxy in Ibiza was experimental. Especially compared to the sets he was playing in 2004. One of the best sets also IMHO. As a matter of fact, correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe PVD was the first(of the big name trance dj's) one to experiment by making the transition from the fluffy/vocal trance to the harder style, Randy Katana - One Solid Wave(Sam Sharp remix) style music in 2004. Only to be followed by Armin later that year(when we saw him in DC) and Tiesto as well.

doubt pvd will be changing this track much at all... he's been caning it in its original form (for what seems like a lifetime) which means he likes it that way and didn't feel the need for an edit.
