Haha.... DO IT! All 3 versions of the game have all the dogs so it doesn't matter what version you get.

Otherwise, the online games are coming! Wouldn't be awesome to have TA Mario Kart races? Or an Animal Crossing TA world? We can customize our own Trance-themed houses.

If I want to go broke before school starts then I do impulse shopping. Otherwise no dice . the DS can wait

there is a demo you should try. you can find it at gamershell.com
Anyway I haven't got a good enough graphic card to run it in correct conditions so I couldn't really test it :/
but from what I could see and hear, the atmosphere looks creepy and the music is pretty good

From GameStop today I bought:

DUKE NUKEM: Time to Kill (PS1)
Tomb Raider II (PS1)
True Crime (PS2)
The Getaway (PS2)
Wipeout: FUSION (PS2)

But I'll be going out with my TA sis tonight so I won't get to play these till later.

Now that makes 3 Wipeout games I have thus far.

Wipeout PURE (PSP)
Wipeout FUSION (PS2)

and Wipeout 3...I discovered trance thanks to this game so it remains my personal favorite out of the entire series.

Posted by sshyperion on Sep-10-2005 01:05:

Interestingly enough, the wipeout series started in Nintendo. And now it's with Sony. Can anyone say abandoned-their-roots-like-another-game-series *cough* Square/Squaresoft/Square Enix*cough*. How's wipeout pure? To be honest, if I had the spending money then I'd buy a PSP solely for Wipeout Pure.

Posted by P4z! on Sep-10-2005 01:53:

I thought the original Wipeout was made for PSX?

Posted by sshyperion on Sep-10-2005 02:23:

I remember wipeout for the snes unless I'm thinking psx and have mis-imprinted. Ok so I checked nintendo.com on their game list and the first wipeout game was wipeout 64. Can someone check with sony to see the release date for their first wipeout game? 'cause if sony is the true father then I apologize

Posted by P4z! on Sep-10-2005 03:16:

Wipeout is the title of a series of futuristic anti-gravity racing games, originally produced by Psygnosis for the PlayStation video game console, with other versions of the game produced for the Sega Saturn, DOS, Nintendo 64, PlayStation 2, and PlayStation Portable formats.

Just got my hands on DEUS EX: The Invisible War. Gonna give this bad boy a run as soon as it's installed.

I sure miss the old one, though.
