I heard Sandstorm just two days ago in a place on the coast called Southwold.

It was part of this special day where a competition for different types of deckchairs was being held.

Only problem is, most people voted for the most dull and boring deckchairs there!

Paul Van Dyk dropped this track in his Mayday 2000 set.

I don't know whether to laugh, cry or shoot the DJ when i hear it played in a club. It still gets occasional plays around here, even if it aired here long before the global massacre.

No wonder. I heard Darude is like an edm music god in Finland, or something. Maybe it is time for a deicide?

I doubt Ville aka Darude himself is that big, nor i haven't heard anything to confirm it.. but his producer Jaakko "JS16" Salovaara is another story; he's involved in so many projects i have lost count.. Darude might be divine figure for those who like the overhyped commercial stuff but not quite for the "real" EDM addicts like most of us here for example. Out of all the Finnish producers/DJs i know, i guess Orkidea would be more suitable for that godly position.

Dosen't really get played in the clubs anymore. But the cowgirls in the go-go bars can be seen perkily bouncing away to this.
