You have to understand that when i make mixes. I am promoting the music. I am not always tryin to show the public what my set will be like at a club. I have arrangements with certain promoters and records labels and i try my best to fit the promotional material they provide. BTW thanks to www.4djsonly.com for the great material!

I don't think you should have to explain yourself to anyone, Paul. Koky and I chatted last night (before his post) and I said the same thing to him and also suggested that he come see you live. One day I'm sure he will. It's all about your vibe and seeing you live is always a good time. Anyone that knows you will agree. Not every single mix has to be this epic journey and what may be a journey to one person may only be a mix of great tracks to another.

Speaking of being taken on a journey...January 2004...still gives me goosebumps. They need to bury me with that mix.

I love the whole damn mix. I love that it starts with Blank & Jones - A Forest (Exor remix). I love that the only vocals on the entire mix are the minimal vocals on Dave Joy - Amplifier (2 Players remix). I love that it transitions from LNG - Inter City (Lange remix) to Ferry Corsten - Sublime...two of my favorite artists and two of my favorite tracks. I love that we listened to that mix on New Years Eve at Jon's house and that everyone in the room was like wtf. I love that a few months later you played Amplifier at the Amp and I got goosebumps from head to toe. I have never heard anyone else play that track and holy shit did it go off that night. Everytime I listen to that mix I get goosebumps. It's one of the mixes that I can listen to over and over and never get tired of hearing it.
