I'm LOVING this track, its excellent imo. I agree hardly ground-breaking but come on, not every track everybody does is always going to be 100% revolutionary is it? If that was your criteria-list for liking tunes, I don't think you'd be listening to EDM

Awsome break, the sort of "liquidy" noise is excellent

of course i fucking do. how in christ's name does it make the original tune/initial remixes any less listenable just because of a new inferior remake being issued? anyone who says it does needs a cold hard slap round the face.

picking a completely random example out of that list you linked to, take Randy Katana - Fancy Fair 2005... the original was a simple yet immense club tune which set dancefloors alight everywhere. the new version came out, did the same; less people liked it but alas. the point i'm making is that the ORIGINAL fancy fair still has an equally devastating effect now as it did before FF05 came out (as it happens, randy dropped it at dancevalley this weekend, so i know this to be true). so it has in no way been 'ruined' in the slightest

i only remember hearing it at global gathering... but the break was longer with more emphasis on the strings, and when the beat kicked back in afterwards, the vocal sample continued on with the basschords changing, generic trance stylee. i much preferred it when it just kicked straight in with the arpeggiated vocal & flat bass

Agreed with that point.

As for this new tune, that's the first time I've heard it and I reckon it's alright. Nothing amazing, and not worth spending money on in my opinion, but then again there isn't much wrong with it (apart from that damn snare, which has already been mentioned ). But yeah, it's quite a nice driving little piece, and I can understand why people would really like it. Also I can't hear that much of a resemblance to the Union Jack tune, so I'm just judging it in it's own right.
