IMHO, dying alone, no matter what way, is pretty bad.
Anything that isnt instant and painless is on my list of the worst ways to go.
How about the most embarassing way to die? What would that be?
Having a heart attack after walking in on your daughter flashing her tits online, and THEN it getting posted all over the internet?
I can imagine it now,he stops and clutches his heart,she rushes over top still loose and calling an ambulance... the clip would be alot better that way.

how about some sort of bug thing that cannot be flushed out of your system that is designed to start by eating the less important organs inside of your body, which i could only assume would bring great pain and sickness, and it would proceed to keep eating you from the inside out untill you die... but you would be straped in a chair and forced to watch the live stream of the internal feeding from a camera that is placed on the bug... just a random hung-over idea
