Watching a football match on tv can never give you the same feeling as watching your team week in week out at the ground. If I didnt support Derby id support another club who were local to me.

In England, proper supporters are born into their club, they dont choose! Shame if this is different else where.

George Smiley - I do think that your team is allot better than last year, but from what iv read and seen from your team, you score allot of goals late on. All you have to do is look back at Wigans lead last year, of around 12 points at one stage, and it was Sunderland who cought them up and were about 18 points behind.

Against Watford you were, well not lucky, but to come back from 2-0 down was an achievement. Shall be an interesting game. Got my ticket today, row Q, upper stand, seat 125!

Agree about Weddings. When im getting married im making it in the summer when there is no World Cup nor European Championships! Simple as!

I tell thee what...I know how Chelsea fans must feel like! It's boring winning all the time!

17 games - 41 pts!

Eeee aye eee aye eee aye oh,
Up the Championship we go,
And when we get promoted,
This is what we'll sing,
We are BLADES
We are BLADES
Warnock is our king!!

As a Reading fan I'd like to say thanks (and well done) to the Blades for humping Luton.

I'm hoping and praying that we can do enough to secure promotion (would be Reading's first outing in the top league). So it's good that you guys are helping keep teams like Luton off our tails!

Reading for 2nd position!

(oh, and sorry for putting you lot out of the cup )

Don't worry I'm sure it's not the first time our reserves have lost this season!

do you mean Colin Wanker?
over the past few seasons the amount of money he's had to spend upgrading a squad that was already good enough to challenge for the championship is a lot more than most clubs (bar portsmouth and wigan), and you've still failed miserably.
When will united fans realise that just because he supports the pigs, he's a tactically inept fool?

Before this season I'b be suprised if he'd spent more than 1.5 million the whole time he's been here...

There is no way he's spent anything like other championship teams, he's just damn good in the transfer market (well, most of the time!)

Anyway, we're goin up, Bramall lane will soon be 39,000, we're gonna be stinkin rich from China and we will be one of the biggest clubs in the country, but dont worry, I'm sure the Pigs will still be able to claim to have 'better fans'

Why are you extending your stadium when your second in the league, scoring plenty of goals, winning most games YET your only game close to selling out was the Wednesday game, where I still saw some spare seats (sporadically). Seems rather daft to invest money there.

Well the Wednesday match was completely sold out. There have been quite a few matches where the home fans have sold out (apart from G and H block which holds bout 2000) but where the away fans have only brought around a 1000 (leaving around 3500) which means when we have had attendances of over or around 25,000 its been pretty much sold out in our end. Anyway, the reason is for if we go up and also to host international matches
