it's hard to classify any of his post-2000 remixes/productions as under-rated, since his fame made virtually all of his tunes well-known (the hampshire and nysse remix mr.mystery mentioned may be an exception, since it's a great remix that no one -- not even tiesto himself -- really dropped that much).

even his allure and stray dog stuff was pretty well-known.

some hammock bros. releases might be good candidates for this category, although my choice would be:

Andante - Above The Clouds

"In the Ghetto" is soooo bad...lol. Glad Tiesto realized that was going nowhere.

I'de say some of the lesser known Kamaya Painters songs, such as "Soft Light", "Summerbreeze" "Northern Spirit" and "Outstream", very good songs i'de say. Also his "Close To You" with Jan Johnston track. Not one of the more energetic songs of his, but a good romantic tune i'de say is perfect for just dreaming about your sweety

yeh, tracks under his allure guise, no more tears and we ran at dawn

i still think that theme from norefjell, dosnt really get the credit it deserves.....

I'm a big fan of; Saint Etienne - Action (DJ Tiesto Remix)

Posted by tubularbills on Sep-18-2005 03:25:

like others already mentioned, i really liked, "Euphoria" from Parade of the Athletes. i wish it had more play than "Anceint History"

Summerbreeze (the track) is great.

I think it did. c. Jan - May 2004...

Sadly he was exploring Sth. America and Asia too much for us to hear/record it in our tracklists.

Shit, Pole Position was a great tune, the build up is so powerful but the break down was really crap. Euphoria is really like an incredible sequel to Pole Position with a great breakdown. I wouldn't say that it was a remix just from listening to it either. Just that some portions of the tracks are parallel.

that track is olympic flame... the vinyl release was mislabelled. i know this to be the case since tijs mentions the track name himself when doing a review of the second TIC on his site; saying how he started off the night by 'mixing forever today into olympic flame' or something... and it was the one that sounds like pole position. euphoria is the one after traffic in the cd version

as for victorious.. kudos to him for trying something different but i absolutely cannot stand it, one of my least favourite from him

i'd probably have to side with Mr Mystery's suggestion (eternal voices remix)

Dave Matthews Band - The Space Between (Tiesto Remix)

I swear to god I'm the only one who likes this, but I think it's absolutely gorgeous. I'm not a huge fan of Teisto, but when he takes it down a notch and goes a bit more simple and less massive, then I end up really liking it. I'm not sure if it's underrated, but not many people mention it

yeah i kinda like that one too. can see why it isn't popular though... could be classed as cheesy & those vocals weren't really designed for club music. but has a special air about it i think

Umek - Gatex (Dj tiesto Remix)

(i prefer the oliver lieb remix)

i think my fav is the montana rmx.

I LOVE the DMB remix You're not the only one!

As for Gatex, I like the Oliver Lieb Remix for listening, but whenever clubbing, the Tisto Remix would pwn the walls

Tiesto - Victorious
The track is really something. Wierd, but really beautiful melody is hiding in those strings. I really love this! one of the best tiesto's imo.

Tiesto - Olympic Flame
This track suffered some comments (bieng copied from Airbase, Rah - Pole Position). Although i think that it is true that some elements has been ripped-off, a new melody has been born! Nice emotional melody that brings me shivers from time to time. Same here, really good track if u took it at it is.

well, so what your opinion
(post some of your own "tiesto's unrated" or express opinins of mine )
maybe that was done before but i used the search and... nothing.

I totally agree with you, 2 amazing tracks, very nice and pure nrg!

Posted by Wasteland on Sep-19-2005 15:01:

+1

And besides olympic flame and victorious, I think Euphoria is absolutely beautiful with that slow flute (or whatever) just cruising through the track. Also, Heroes does something to me, really gives me the feeling of an olympic event and would go great for a videocompilation of any sportsevent......

Posted by miamitranceman on Sep-19-2005 21:19:

Yeah, Euphoria is pretty damn cool.

Posted by stefanoc on Sep-20-2005 00:32:

he is the most over rated dj probably, not saying hes bad, but he is really overrated here in my town especially after TIC. but my favorite:

magikal circus

it has a catchy beat, its pretty different from other tracks. and i really doubt this was ever released on vinyl, cd, album, cassette, vhs, only on tic dvd.
