That can not under any setting be pleasent on the girl. And I really don't get the point of it... it's not going to stop a pregnancey, prevent HIV/other STD's or trick the girl into thinking he's wearing a condom. Comes across as being a bad idea on all acounts. (or am I retarded and just not seeing the real reason?)
