yes, really amazing. Sounds very PRO!!!

3 instances for the pad. Two instances wich play the bass part of the pad, one around C3, the other around C4, and another instance wich plays upper part of the melody around C6.

That's friggin hot

Supersaw still plays a part in trance, but not like is used to.
Producers are getting more expressive with different types of sounds, which is great.

Trance is evolving as we speak.

you sure you didnt put a evolving swoosh sound (white noise) on top of that?

Posted by everyMan on Oct-01-2005 16:09:

Thank you!

Your sound was also very nice!

No I didn't use wavetables. Just 7 original saw-oscillators + eq on everyone of them.

I'm making a new bank right now. It's so fun because in VAZ you can do so much with the supersaw-sound that is not possible on the original JP-8000!

Best regards,
Kire

I really like this demo. A new Manuel Shleis is born lol!

I ve made a test between 5 softsynths to compare there supersaw capacities : http://perso.wanadoo.fr/TranceDevotion/TestJP.mp3
I know there is a polyphony problem but I don't care.

I don't understand why you guys don't like the supersaw. I still think it's one of the great sounds out there. I mean it practically defines a key part of trance.

I just get the feeling supersaws sound more "full" than most squarish or triangle leads...imo...really adds character to a song

I know the new sounds are great, but what about those old school days? :-D I don't know. I probably like supersaws so much because I can never make one...haha!

Posted by Thois on Oct-03-2005 08:13:

i dont like them as main leads anymore, but they can be great to accompany a lead in the background or they are also great during breakdowns.

Posted by Doogee on Oct-03-2005 13:23:

what else needs changing in this patch? i already know i need a volume check to stop the clipping but it's still sounding a bit too software for me.

i know z3ta can do better sounds than this, so can someone help me out? im using fl5 by the way.
