Originally posted by Lepanto this is, infact, set up. The statistics are available on MSN or google. I remmember I looked at them a few months ago and laughed but it was not this bad. Maybe 20 percent weren't sure EXECTLY where Iraq is but they knew it was in the Middle East, etc. Indeed, geography isn't really a big thing in the state's education but it is not so much relevant as history for example, something you gotta take alot.

North Dakota, best public school system. HA. I nearly just pissed myself.
Hahahaha, that CNNN stuff is hillarious. Watched the DVD preview and I laughed so hard a few times, especially when they talked to that bishop
Who the hell is Packer btw?

Grab both seasons of the show if you think i'm joking ![]() Other questions i remember this guy asking randoms on the street: "what countries start with the letter U?" a few people answered Uruguay, most people couldn't answer, some classic reactions when the presenter said "what about the united states?" (i wouldn't have got that one )he also asked "what does KFC stand for?" on the streets of Kentucky, people got this wrong ![]() "If caught what do you think the US government should do to Bin Laden, a) public execution b) slowly lower him into a vat of acid c) etc there are hundreds of these, none of it's fake. but before you get all sensetive they were taking the piss out of Aussies as well |

where's the proof that they weren't paid 20 bucks to act stupid? Faking news isn't uncommon if you didn't know hehe

Originally posted by Lepanto ok you didn't get what I said. Remmember that chart that I think Andrew pasted on the previous page? Ok remmeber there was a margin of idiots in every country. This is just that margin. I met people around the world who were just as dumb or dumber than these retards. However, I don't think we're in grave danger or anything of that nature. Like I said geography is not important in the US, I'm a big history and geography fan but I could see why history is MUCH more important in schools than geo.

Originally posted by St_Andrew Well, America still had a larger "margin of dumb ppl" than the other countries, even when it came to question concerning America more than any other country (such as where is america or how many ppl lives in america). I'm not saying Americans are stupid or anything, but this is certainly concerning.

Originally posted by Lepanto where america is question is indeed kinda idiot proof but the question about it's population is a stupid one to ask cause census says one thing, and estimates say another. but it is, trully concerning that such easy questions were gotten wrong.

Can't we invade Canada yet? Don't they pose a threat to our National Security yet?
Can't we just say they pose a grave and gathering threat to our nation? Why can't we apply the Bush Doctrine to them?
Next on the list after Canada - Turkey. Who the fuck names their country after a fucking fat bird that we eat twice a year? Those damn birds have brains the size of a fucking pea. Do we really need any other excuse to invade them? Pretty cut and dry if you ask me.....

Canada has alot of natural resources. And no army. The U.S. should have steamrolled over them 100 years ago. We would have alot more lumber not to mention oil. And "curling" or whatever you call it would not exist. You can't do it now because the whole world would get pissed off at us. Mexico is a bad option because they have too many people and too much unfarmable land.
It would be easier with mexico because I think forty percent want to be or work in AMerica. So the Mexicans would be thankful and they have some really nice ruins of the Aztecs and Mayans and that is really good not like in Canada. But I thik you were talking about annilation>? That would be no good because than I would have never existed you would miss me right gmoney

Originally posted by tathi the clip is from a satirical News Show in Australia called CNNNN http://www.cnnnn.com/ That was CNNNNs foreign correspondent, in another episode he walks around the streets of New York telling people he's the Prime Minister of Australia, one of the funniest responses i remember was one guy saying "on behalf of all Americans i would like to thank you John Howard for your continued support on the war on terror" there's two seasons of the show and plenty of hilarious stuff. it's very leftist Australian university humour
