Give the dood some credit, he has done some good productions in his career IMO.

He's a spastic for doing things like this, and annoyingly he does them all the time. At Columbiahalle he got up onto the table, and somehow managed to give the deck a swift booting during Adagio with his fat clown feet; obviously making the track skip. Stupid bellend.
And at Creamfields (I think) a couple years back he went out onto the front of the stage during Flight 643, and loads of confetti came down from the top of the tent. Anyway whilst he was out on the front stage showing people the size of the fish he'd just caught, a bit of paper got stuck under the needle, and it skipped like mad. I have never seen a Donkey move so fast in all my life. His face was quite a picture.
Seeing things like this just makes me cringe to be apart of this 'scene.' All this popstar bullshit is pathetic to me. The most 'cringe-worthy' out of them all though was his GKGG entrance where the music started, but he didnt appear for about 2 minutes. And then when he did he walked on with a Jesus pose that would make even Oakey sit back and take note.

i remember seeing him at bal en blanc in montreal this year (i went more for deep dish and dj preach)after all his years behind the decks you would figure he could beatmatch....at one point many in the crowd started yelling "boots in the dryer" at every numerous trainwreck he produced...the sad look on his face was priceless.no jesus act that nite.

I seem to be one of the very few that are on the fence about Tiesto. Some of his productions are great however when i've seen him live ...very disappointing.

I'm sure many of you would do the exact same thing in his shoes.
The crowd loves it, so who cares? Stop trying to be purists all the time - accept the fact that when a DJ reaches a certain level of popularity that it becomes more than just spinning records - crowd interaction is one key memory ppl bring home with them along with the music they heard and whatever else.
The sad side effect of this is the DJs who choose not to interact as much are labelled as being too serious or not caring about their fans or that they're just plain arrogant.
