This is the exact same thing that happened to me. It can really throw my posture off and tighten up my back if I don't focus on it. I'm telling you, some mildly aggressive stretching a few times each week really helps me feel more lined up and helps with my posture for a few days. if i don't stretch for 4 or 5 days i can feel and see my posture reverting to its crooked ways, and then you can just bring on the back tension.

Could you please tell me what type of medical practitioner would you go see if a chiropractor fails to work?

My recommendation is move to Ontario....get into a car accident...and have the insurance company pay for back treatments for the next 10 years for ya. Just make sure I am handling your claim
