Way to fucking go, PVD Love Parade incident aside (I don't believe it was really his decision to pull out), he's always amazed me as a DJ and a producer. This was well-deserved.

Great producer and I mean great. But the live sets I've heard are all over the place.

This contest is for DJ's.

The whole idea of a contest for who the best DJ is is obsurd. But somehow I allow myself to get caught up in it.

Then reason takes hold and I realize how ridiculous it is.

I am glad that Tiesto did not take the top spot again. 4 years is just too much imo. All though I love what Tiesto has done for the scence, his music and his shows. All though I still get a huge ass silly grin on my face and get in my zone and think that Tiesto is a Great DJ...
I think he lost touch with something over the years. I feel that Tiesto still has passion for the music and what he is doing... but he has forgotten who made him # 1 in the first place.. his fans. Over the years his head has gotten just a itsy tinsy winsy littlbity big.... ok it has gotten a lot big... but who is the judge.

I totlay agree with Wackadoo.. who cares who is #1 or not..(after all my #1 got #21 this year) It is how the music makes you feel. And who you see is # 1.

I am glad that PVD won.. but watch the flame threads start

your # 10 is my # 1 and holden now owns me so anyways, it's all good, we can't all love the same djs but i can't argue with the talent of pvd that's for sure! i'm happy for them all that they get to do what they love and so many people that i know get to do what they love and entertain us the way they do, like the local heroes that spin for us so often, kristina sky, victor dinaire, cody lee, mark lewis, mike lord,eve falcon, dj madison, bob, gil la, curly, tigo, clovis, and even eric who entertains just in private! thank you, i can't do what you do and i'm so glad that you can, and you guys rock our worlds, no ass kissing just happy that i get to experience it every weekend in some form or fashion and that fucking rocks!

j00f's standing on that list is the clearest cut evidence that it's complete nonsense... no where in life (professionally or personally) does he rank that low and as a matter of fact his music has been getting better over this last year.
