me had the same prob only then with a cubase song.. me solved it by splitting the track in half, master both pieces seperatly & then stick them together..

me dunno much about reason but perhaps you can try that

Dood... do yourself a favour and buy a legit production sound card. Forget Audigy... they're made for gaming. If you're short on cash, M-Audio makes a great series raging from $200+ (Audiophile or Delta series). If you can spare the cash, maybe get into an EMU card. You'll no longer be using emulated ASIO drivers and would be processing audio data properly.

I bet your computer would run like a dream.
