I'd just like to give a big fuck you to the 401 for being closed right through from almost here to London 'cause some fuckhead on a cellphone got creamed by a semi or something. It had better be cleared up by now 'cause Aaron and I are headin' out ASAP.

UPDATE: We won't make it. My dad is a courier, he was stuck on there for 4 hours earlier when there wasn't snow squalls.

He messaged some dude he works with via their Blackberries, he's stuck near Tilbury on the 401 going eastbound, and has been for almost 2 hours. Backroads anywhere near the 401 have all been turned into detours, and due to snow squalls they're a) not plowed, b) completely stand-still traffic.

We're fucked.
