synthol cuase the muscles to to swell from all the oil they inj in it. Its not real msucle its fake thats why they dont have vians or if they were lean you couldnt see there muscle striations. Its somthing that all bodybuilders are grossed out by and consider ugly.

Greg used to look good years ago until his synthol addiction. You see no amount of steroids could make him a pro or a ifbb freak wich he wanted. So hey turned to synthol for the job and he sure accomplished his goals he is a freak but in a retarded way lol.
