I remember a particular one from Robin Hood - Prince Of Thieves. Kevin Costner has just killed Alan Rickman and everything is quiet for 10 seconds. Out of nowhere this half-dead witch storms towards Kevin with the same big-ass spear she just got impaled by. Then the door busts open and this gargantuan scimitar comes whirling through the room and hits the witch smack in the heart. Cue 10 seconds of more dead silence, before Morgan Freeman steps into the room and proclaims "I have fulfilled my vow" in severely awkward and broken english. Amusing.
Another good one is the diner scene from Fear & Loathing in Las Vegas. More tension, anger, frustration and desperation than you can shake a stick at.

gotta watch this around the holidays and i'd have to say that my favorite scene in the movie, so hard to choose because it's so awesome hhaa , but when his cousin eddie (randy quad) comes to visit and he's outside emptying his toilet into the sewer...the yuppie next door comes out and he's all like "merry christmas...shitter was full" hahahaha

The apartment shoot up where you only hear the kid's music.
such a great movie for lines and individual scenes.

The opening scene in "Belly"
Probably one of the coolest scenes ever. An acapella version of Soul II Soul - Back To Life is playing as Nas, DMX, and crew walk into a club with glowing contacts in their eyes in all the blacklights. This all happens right before a robbery. Hype Williams directed the movie. He's an awesome music video director who changed the way videos are seen. (Busta Rhymes "Put Your Hands Where My Eyes Can See", Missy "I Can't Stand The Rain"). The whole movie looks awesome.
That scene from some Spanish film where the hot guy gives it to the hot girl real good from behind...wow that makes my pussy so wett, and it also allows me to feel like i'm not a pervert because the film isn't rated X.
ferris buellers day off...when they get back to cam's house and are tryin to turn back the miles by putting the car in reverse...then he flips a bitch and kicks the hell out of it and knocks it off the stand and it goes in reverse right out the window...he got worked
fight club: edward norton is fighting pitt.. but it switches to the cameras from the parking, so you can see edward is throwing himself of the stairs 
fear and loathing in las vegas: discription of what they needed for the trip, and fighting the giant bats
lotr: gandalf fighting the balrog and falling into the depths of moria
blade runner: his talk about robot with (rachel?) "ever made the mistake turning human again"
Blow - when they're testing the coca for purity and bobcat says he can't feel his face and asks for a line, then johnny says "fuck it...let's all do one"
