actually, for a while there i thought the carver might end up being kimber... I read an interview with the guy who plays christian in a mag and he was talking about the characteristics of the carver and that the show's writers promised the carver would be a character we all know, not some random person....

I fucking love nip/tuck. I think it's the most brilliant show I have ever seen. Every episode leaves me wanting more and I can't wait until the next week's, it's nuts!

As for the carver, right now my money is either on quentin or matt... Fuck i can't wait until tuesday!

Today at lunch I saw Dylan Walsh (Sean) eating with his family. My girlfriend said, "No way, that can't be him...he lives in Miami." Well yea, it was totally him!!

Being the n00b that I am I totally went up to him as he was leaving and said hi. Then asked if the carver was Matt...he said yes. I pwn you all!!

Oh then I asked if he could say his line...and he said, "So...tell me what you don't like about yourself."

niptuck.. best show ever!!!! i wish i started watching it when it first started... i just got into it 2 months ago.. the episode where the trannys fuck up matt

ive been trying to catch up on past episodes... rented a few of the season 2 dvds.. and just got the season 1 dvds in the mail for 20 bucks... and my guess is also that its liz. i dont think they would make any of the 3 surgeons the carver because it would be so obvious, and noone would really be shocked. it would totally make sense being that she is a professional in the medical field.. i remember in the one episode where the ugly chick pretended to be cut by the carver, christian explained that the cutting was rough and not done with the same knife (or whatever it is).. and also that it was not professionally done..it was sloppy. i think after observing sean and christian operate so much that she would have the ability to cut up faces just as good as a surgeon (if that makes any sense)

i've only watched a couple episodes of this show....i watched one the other day where this lady was so fuckin huge, that she didnt get up for 3 years or some shit and she was stuck to her couch it was fucked up

That wasn't necessarily considered a fact that he wasn't raped...

One main reason the carver cannot be Quentin is that he is from Atlanta. They made him out to be the carver this year to throw everyone off. It wouldn't make sense. He would be a travelling serial rapist if it was him--doesn't make sense.

It can't be Liz either because the body of the carver doesn't look like hers at all. She's a little on the chubby side, and the carver doesn't appear to have her same body type. If it does end up being Liz it wouldn't follow what they've shown on TV at all.

Matt wouldn't rape Christian, that would be really sick and twisted and unrealistic.

However, Bobolit is a good candidate for consideration, and maybe Ava. She is supposed to be back this season, and we haven't seen her yet.

The great thing about this show is it allows for so much speculation. It could be anyone, I could be wrong about the three disagreements above. Nip/Tuck is the only show I've ever watched and haven't missed an episode since day one. From the perfect soundtrack to the morals tied into each patient--it is considered by many as brilliant writing.
