with roast beef.
Story I heard from Gareth's brother
So Carl Cox is playing this charity event in South Africa, he drops this record and it's all scratchy and fucking up and everyone is like
!? He totally stops the music, gestures everyone to "wait", picks up the record and blows all the cocaine off of it. Throws the record back on and the party continues.
Gabriel & Dresden trainwrecked out of "Till There Was You" in Minneapolis a few months back.
......in Ableton
not the 'best' trainwreck, just wanted to share that.
Bas and Clovis.. I was about to ask what Mark was playing before Sasha that night. If he played the same Crap he did before Ferry last weekend then I can understand why Sahsa Wrecked!
Anyways...
The worst Trainwreck I heard was the night Acheesta played at the Vangard. He was on After Tanna Mann and everything he mixed was a wreck I never heard anything so bad in my life or seen a Dj wreck his entire set!

Tiestos trainwreck back in dec. 2004 in toronto was amazing, he actually tried to mix breakts with trance. then tried to redeem himself by giving us his outdated and overrated Traffic choon.
Yup, that was cool to see cuz the entire crowd of 7,000 looked really fucken bored, and the puzzled look on tiestos face was priceless.
OK.... what is a trainwreck?

probably oakenfold when he has his residency at ice in vegas. he had like 8 wrecks, 3 stop and starts, and one matched transition.
nice wreckage

Donald Glaude at Crobar last weekend was pretty bad. I heard there might have been equipment issues and that people dancing on the stage were causing the records to skip, but it still sounded pretty bad. Great tracks, bad mixing. Not what I usually expect from him.

Miss Honey Dijon @ System Soundbar(rip) in '04. She miscued on alot of the mixes and some had to be restarted.
BADDDDD!!!
tbh beats go out slightly all the time with hardcore/dnb and i think what most would consider a very bad train wreck would just be a slight hiccup in a core set.
ive witnessed some bad stuff, but the worst without a doubt would be when someone i knew was playing out for the first time, and he forgot how many chorus' had passed and thought a third was coming along
*cue 10 second silence while he winds the record along to when it starts.
well, not so much silence, more roars of laughter.
