About the friends, I've tried..i can manage to convince them for the big events, but you know how some girls are, if their bf not into the scene they have to follow that leash! But I'm still converting some...takes lots of work!!!!!! But it doesn't hurt to have a bigger crowd to party with..

In that case, I give you the definite guide to meeting TOTAs:

1. Go to event.

2. Get to the front and centre of the dancefloor (i.e. the closest point to the DJ - mandatory for some good ol' DJ-worship)

3. Find the group of people hooting and hollering and/or chanting the DJ name the loudest.

4. Go there and start throwing down some insane dance moves. (whether or not you look like you're having seisures is irrelevant).

5. When you're sure that everybody noticed you, say the following to one (or all) person of that group: "Wow, < insert name of DJ here > is kicking ass!" and follow it up with "Hi, are you from TA? I'm Francesca."

6. 99% of the time you have found your first TOTA. Now, whore yourself out as much as possible, and you'll meet the rest of them.

7. And last, but certainly not least, ask to be introduced to Eric (VividBoy). He'll know what to do.
