NLTA is pretty dead too
I tell ya, it's because people don't like trance anymore!
Oh well, at least I have lam and rick
Well yes the glory days of trance are over. But that's no reason to stop posting on TA

Lets face it, a huge proportion of the board has moved on. It was decent trance and good trance clubs that brought the board together. Everyone felt like they were part of something, and part of something they were! It wasnt just about the music, and for most parts the music was a background noise at a place where I was having fun with a group of people I really got on with.
I am glad that I was part of it, and I feel sorry for those who missed out on it, because IMO it will NEVER be re-created the way that it was.
Merry Christmas & Happy New Year to you all.

the only way we can revive the glory days in any sort of minute way is to kill the french, americans, dutch and germans and start actually buying records again
man this thread is depressing.
the music helps and perhaps the golden days may not be relived but you know what if people really wanted to meet up, hang out, chill out they would make the effort to do so.
if i could meet up with a handful of UKTA's at Fight the Power '04 (and I live half the way around the world), surely those of you who live in the same areas could arrange something
unless you're all so elitist that you'd be arguing with each other the whole time

From what I've heard and read, you guys seem very mistursting of everyone joining after a certain date...though i could be wrong...

When I was young
I never needed anyone
And making love was just for fun
Those days are gone
Livin' alone
I think of all the friends I've known
When I dial the telephone
Nobody's home
All by myself
Don't wanna be
All by myself
Anymore
