Uniformed Code of Military Justice. Reference is the two Marines in dress uniform on the right side of the photo. Not that it really matters since I have no idea who they are or where they came from, I just find it funny that they're both higher-level NCOs who ought to know better.

heh...a sergeant and a gunny wearing their blues to a club, they probably arent even grunts otherwise theyd be in Iraq. fuckin pogue NCOs.
I guess since San Antonio doesnt have any usmc bases nearby but if any Marines ever wore their blues to a club in cali they'd be the laughing stock of camp pendleton/29 palms.
Sides..that uniform is uncomfortable like a mother******. Yes...you can get panocha, but so can a julio wearing versace *cough!*

depends.. if the chick knows her shit she;ll know the more stripes someone has, the more money there making. Of course there would be the dumbass ho that would assume more medals/ribbons means higher pay or some trash.

When I was a nub in the Navy, I had to wear my dress blues(Cracker Jacks) to the club because I didn't bring any civi's. My command didn't say anything about it.

Being a lower enlisted guy with no civilian clothing is one thing, because they might not have told you to bring any and then you have no choice in the matter (what were you doing in a club?); being a gunnery sergeant in the Marine Corps means they can at least afford to have brought them. They may have been under orders to be in them there, I'm not sure; I just know that we can't so much as go to the Hollywood Theater in Killeen in BDUs, much less Class-As, and we darn sure can't go into a bar in Harker Heights in uniform, so it just struck me as being very odd. Then again, the Corps may have done an in-branch change, they get away with a lot of stuff the Army won't even contemplate tolerating. *shrugs*

LOL, I was ahead in my qualifications.
I served on a Nuclear Submarine and we got away with A LOT of things.
