Shush no count me out on that... I would ask nothing for a project file actually - if only a moral quote 'please use this only as study material' or anything similar. If the other artist would try to rip me off, it'd only be to his disadvantage I'm afraid (his esteem with fellow artists and record labels will probably fail in time).

I've given project files to quite some people to study and actually I haven't ever noticed anyone ripping me off. I'm sure that, from a real amateur or even artistic point of view, there is no real rush to get from something that has been pre-made by someone else. Creating something by YOURSELF to please yourself in the first place is probably something that will give you a whole lot more satisfaction.

On topic; I'd strongly suggest to NOT do this, it sounds like someone trying to take advantage of you to make some quick & easy money. $350 sounds like some well earned money you could easily spend on MUCH more useful things.
